Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2024 Fall Festival! Volunteers are a critical competent of any event and we are happy to have your help! There are many spots available during this two-day event. Please feel free to sign up for as many spots as you would like. Volunteers can be 13 years of age as long as a parent or legal guardian is also present. Volunteers 16 years of age and above can volunteer alone.

Every volunteer needs to attend the orientation session prior to the festival. Orientation will be on Monday, October 14 from 4pm-5pm.

There are three types of tasks available. If you’re willing to do anything, please sign up as general help.

General Help – duties will be assigned as needs arise and may include gate counting, assisting vendors, manning the information booth, clean up, etc.
Wristband Sales – You will be working closely with staff collecting money and distributing wristbands to attendees. This is a fast-paced role. 16+ preferred.
Ice Sales – We will be selling ice to the food vendors during the festival. This position will help collect the money and deliver the ice if needed. Must be at least 16 years old.Each task is divided into a morning, midday and an afternoon shift. If you would like to volunteer all day or on both days, just sign up in those slots, too.

In addition to the festival days, volunteers are also needed to make credentials and help in the office prior to the festival.
