Please ensure that you have read the
rules & regulations packet before submitting your application. The application process will ask you for several pieces of information. Please have those handy before starting. These things include:
- All Vendors:
- Picture of your booth setup
- Pictures of your products (website or Etsy page may be used instead of pictures)
- Sales Form – you will need to download this, print it out, and upload it to your computer. You may submit your website or Etsy page instead provided that the site contains everything you intend to sell and prices. You may also enter your items manually in the form. (Note: everything on your form is not automatically approved. You will be contacted if there are questions or restrictions)
- Artisan Food Vendors:
- If you do not fall under the Cottage Foods Law, you must provide the address of your commercial kitchen and a copy of your lease agreement. Note: your home kitchen is NOT a commercial kitchen.

- Fire Marshal requirements can be found on page 2 of the insurance requirements document.
- License from the State Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
- Completed W9 Form

- Non-Profit Organizations:
