Our Bleu Basil Chef has created a flour blend that is used when we make all these interesting flavors and pasta styles that is 100% vegan, organic, no preservatives and no added salt. Although, we do have popular flavors that we make on a regular basis, we will gladly prepare almost any flavor you can imagine.
